This training supports practitioners to explore what we know about babies and what babies need to thrive in their setting and how experiences help to shape a baby's brain. There is an element of practical activity as we explore resources that support a baby's learning and development.
Practitioners will have the knowledge, understanding and skills to effectively implement a key person approach, create an environment that meets the needs of babies, and are able to provide for a baby's prime areas of learning and development underpinned by the characteristics of effective learning.
