| Event description | The focus of this training session aims to provide information and practical help for early years practitioners working across the early years foundation stage. This training will provide you with a range of strategies to support children in your setting with little or no English. Whilst you may encounter some anxieties during the initial settling-in period, working with emerging EAL children is a most rewarding experience which will enhance and enrich your setting, and extend your own professional development. This session will run as an interactive Zoom session. Delegates will be sent the link no later than 24 hours before the start date. Please ensure you are able to access Zoom at least 1 hour prior to the session. Please note that these are not recorded and therefore not available to watch at a later date and delegates need to attend as a live session.
