Unlocking Outstanding Potential - Pathway to Excellence (two sessions)

Event description This innovative and interactive leadership programme has a variety of strategies and opportunities to facilitate early years and childcare provisions to maintain, strive and sustain outstanding practice and performance.

The Ofsted outstanding grade descriptors are the performance indicators that underpin the outcomes for many of the strategies. The programme offers a combination of experiential and facilitated opportunities that are tailored and differentiated to meet the diverse needs of the sector.

Delegates participating on this workshop will receive a 'Pathway to Excellence' Toolkit to help them identify and develop a clear pathway to outstanding.

This event will run as two interactive Zoom sessions. Delegates will be sent the links no later than 24 hours before the first date. Please ensure you are able to access Zoom at least 1 hour prior to the session. Please note that these are not recorded and therefore not available to watch at a later date and delegates need to attend as a live session.

Participants who are unable to install Zoom can join our training using the Zoom web client on their desktop web browser. The Join from your browser link will appear after the user clicks on the link to join the meeting.
