| Event description | This course, run by The Education People is accredited by the CPD Certification Service. The course has reached required Continuing Professional Development standards and benchmarks and the learning value has been scrutinised to ensure integrity and quality. The CPD Certification Services provides recognised independent CPD accreditation. This course supports Early Years Managers and Leaders in understanding the current Ofsted inspection framework. Using the Ofsted documentation it explores the main elements of the inspection process and provides you with the opportunity to reflect on your current practice and provision in preparation for inspection.
