| Event description | Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Groups, with Rock Pool, are providing free training sessions around Trauma Informed Care. There will be half day sessions that will ideally be attended by one General Practitioner and one Nurse Practitioner from each PCN and a full day of training that is to be attended by a Social Prescriber from each PCN. There will then be an expectation that all trained practitioners will then become PCN Trauma Informed Ambassadors that will educate their PCN colleagues. |
