Event description This half day course will support you to reflect honestly on personal attitudes feelings, pre-conceptions and tendencies to stereotype. it will actively promote equality and diversity through good teaching to narrow the achievement gap in children’s learning and development, and help you to implement ways to foster a strong sense of belonging so that all children and families feel valued and included 
Training objectives • learn that inclusion is about attitudes as well as behaviours and practice
• discuss ways to influence inclusive processes to meet Ofsted Common Inspection Framework
• explore ways to provide a rich inclusive play environment that is creative and challenging and provides play opportunities where all children feel welcomed, respected and valued
